Feb 2022 – Feb 2026 // Production Engineer
I joined as a Production Engineer and spent four years managing and optimizing production, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, and keeping downtime to a minimum. I implemented Lean, TPM, Kaizen, HACCP, and 5S across the plant and handled AIBI, QAS, FSSC, GMP, GQS, and Global quality audits.
The 48,000 CpH lineI coordinated teams and vendors to install and commission a 48,000 cans-per-hour carbonated beverage line, from first bolt to first bottle off the line.
Gazipur specialist deploymentThe factory sent me to the Gazipur plant as a specialist for a critical Krones Contiform Bloc blowmoulder overhaul. Hands deep inside the machine alongside the Krones team.
1000 kW solar plantFrom August 2024 to February 2025, I helped plan, install, and commission a 1 MW solar power system, ensuring grid integration and monitoring performance to optimize output.
The teamFour years of shifts, audits, quality days, and annual picnics. The occasional team escape to Foy's Lake Basecamp, where engineers proved equally dangerous up a rope course.
May 2020 – Jan 2022 // Assistant Engineer
My first engineering role. I managed equipment operations and maintenance to keep downtime low, and maintained equipment records and performance logs using SAP. I supported cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and kept supervisors informed on technical issues.
The feed plantFrom July to December 2020, I commissioned a 10 metric-ton per hour animal feed production plant, managing timelines, running performance tests, and training the operations team for handover.
Control room & powerI ran the SCADA control panels for the plant's soya extruding and feed lines, and installed GE Jenbacher J420 gas engine generators for on-site power.
This is where I learned what it actually means to be responsible for a system that has to work, every shift.
2022 // Transcom Beverages (PepsiCo)
The plant's biggest expansion project. I coordinated teams and vendors to install and commission a 48,000 cans-per-hour carbonated beverage production line, on time and within budget.
Thorough testing, team training for maintenance, and a consistent production output that met every quality and operational goal.
Aug 2024 – Feb 2025 // Transcom Beverages
Part of Transcom's renewable energy push. I assisted in the planning, installation, and commissioning of a 1000 kW (1 MW) solar power system.
Worked with teams to ensure seamless grid integration, then conducted performance monitoring and analysis to optimize the solar output over time.
2020 // Provita Feed
Installation and commissioning of a 10 metric-ton per hour animal feed production plant. I managed project timelines and collaborated with teams for efficient execution.
Ran testing to optimize plant performance and trained the team for smooth day-to-day operations, meeting every quality and production target.
2020 – 2021 // Provita Feed
I installed and commissioned GE Jenbacher J420 gas engine generators at the Provita plant for reliable on-site power generation.
Handled the electrical and mechanical setup, synchronization, and testing, then maintained the units to keep them running with minimal downtime.
🏆 Outstanding Paper Award // Korea Convergence Security Association // 2026
Networks fail in ways that are hard to predict and expensive to ignore. This paper asked whether a machine learning model could catch intrusions in critical infrastructure before damage is done.
I presented it at the Korea Convergence Security Association Summer Conference in Daejeon as first author. It won the Outstanding Paper Award.
Mar 2026 – Mar 2028 // First Semester
After finishing at Transcom, I moved to Naju, South Korea, to pursue an MSc in Software Convergence at Dongshin University under Prof. Al Amin.
My research focuses on machine learning for network intrusion detection and QoS prediction. In my first stretch I've already published multiple papers and won an Outstanding Paper Award.
The factory floor taught me how complex systems behave under pressure. The lab is teaching me how to predict it before it happens.

2017 – 2020 // BSc // GPA 3.40 / 4.00
I earned my BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Port City International University in Chattogram, graduating in 2020 with a GPA of 3.40 on a scale of 4.
Thesis: IoT-Based Smart Grid SystemSupervised by Dr. Swastika Roy. I built a prototype smart grid that incorporated renewable energy, managed demand, and analyzed the effects. It used an SMPS for stable power, connected sensors and a microcontroller over Wi-Fi to a cloud server, and included a website to control and monitor the whole system.
